The crack is still in the blank. I could not cut away much of it due to a do-over when cutting the points. The visible crack does NOT go all the way to the core. It was not visible on the inside of the hole when I bored it, which is a good thing. Some of it will turn away as the blank is still fairly oversize.

I think the yellow on white has a washed out look, so I couldnt help myself and added black paper around the yellow. Its your choice, of course.

White/Gold/White/Gold as requested.

White/Gold/Gold/Brownm, which I believe was your suggestion when I mentioned the contrast againt the forearm may be a little low with the gold.

Silver/White/Gold/Brown. Just another idea.

A 5 veneer symmetrical option, with the gold in the center. The whites here are a little thinner to make them more of a highlight and keep the overall thickness a little less than 5 veneers would typically be.

The same 5 veneer design, but with brown on the edges rather than silver.
